Kandyce MacChi

Kandyce Macchi is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the retail and wireless industries. Currently, Kandyce serves as the WOA Women of Alliance President at Alliance Mobile, where the focus is on supporting female leaders through mentorship, networking, and discussions on career progression and work-life balance. Previously, Kandyce held the position of Lead Merchandising & Inventory Auditor, utilizing creativity and knowledge of consumer trends to enhance visual merchandising across 185 AT&T Authorized Retailer locations. Prior to Alliance Mobile, Kandyce was the Director of Operations at Americas Wireless LLC, overseeing the management of 14 Cricket Wireless Authorized Dealer locations, and also served as a Store Manager at Ghazi Investments.
