Allison Pearson

Allison Pearson has worked in various roles within the talent development and human resources field. Allison currently holds the position of AVP, Talent Development Lead at AllianceBernstein since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Jackson National Life Distributors LLC for over a decade, first as AVP, Professional Development from 2007 to 2011, and then as VP, National Sales Development from 2011 to 2021. Additionally, they have also held positions at Jackson National Life Distributors LLC as Sr. HR Generalist from 2004 to 2007 and as Director of Recruiting from 2002 to 2004. Throughout their career, Allison has demonstrated success in developing and implementing training programs, supporting organizational growth, and adapting to changing strategic objectives.

Allison Pearson holds a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing Management from the University of St. Thomas.
