Bob Herr

Bob Herr serves as the SVP/Director of Corporate Governance at AllianceBernstein since December 2023. Previously, Bob held multiple roles at Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC from May 2018 to November 2023, including Head of Investment Stewardship, Director of Investment Stewardship, and Manager of Corporate Governance. Prior to that, Bob worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb from April 2014 to May 2018 as Manager of Corporate Governance & Stockholder Services and Analyst in the same area. Bob's career began at Morrow Sodali as an Analyst in Corporate Governance and Proxy from July 2010 to April 2014. Bob earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Psychology from Wake Forest University.
