Brynn Plummer

Brynn Plummer is an experienced professional focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at AllianceBernstein since March 2022, Brynn previously held the role of Vice President of Inclusion & Community Relations at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center from September 2018 to March 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director of Alumni Leadership and Manager of Diversity, Recruitment, and Community at Teach For America from September 2013 to September 2018, as well as teaching sixth-grade humanities at Metro Nashville Public Schools from July 2011 to June 2013. Brynn holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Comparative Literature from Columbia University and a Master of Education (MEd) in 4-8 Education from Lipscomb University.
