Chad Ohlendorf currently serves as Senior Vice President of Municipal Special Situations at AllianceBernstein since October 2025. Prior to this role, Chad held various positions at Preston Hollow Community Capital from March 2016 to August 2025, including Managing Director, Director, Associate Director, and Associate. Chad also gained experience at J.P. An earlier role at J.P. Morgan as a Public Finance Investment Banking Intern and a summer internship at the University of Texas System Office of Finance preceded these positions. Chad earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University in 2011.
