David Luo

David Luo is a global finance executive with over 19 years of experience in multinational companies. Currently serving as Vice President and Assistant Treasurer at AllianceBernstein since 2020, David is responsible for overseeing the treasury team and managing cash management, debt, and corporate finance functions. Prior to this role, David held various positions at Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation, including Treasury Senior Manager and Treasury Consultant, where they managed complex projects related to corporate funding and risk management. David holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and graduated from Deerfield Academy.
