Jonathan Fellman

Jonathan Fellman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets and insurance structuring. Currently serving as the Head of Insurance Structuring and Capital Markets at AllianceBernstein since August 2025, Jonathan previously held the role of Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets & Structuring at Nassau Financial Group from November 2022 to August 2025. Between August 2017 and December 2022, Jonathan was a Managing Director at HSBC, where responsibilities included co-heading the Client Solutions Group and overseeing insurance and bank solutions. Prior roles include Managing Director at UBS from 2005 to July 2017, Trader at Parallax Fund from 2003 to 2005, Vice President at First Chicago from 1997 to 2003, and Lawyer - associate at Kutak Rock from 1995 to 1997. Jonathan holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a JD from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, and a BA from Colgate University.
