Kevin Bloss is currently the SVP and Head of Legal for Alternative Investments at AllianceBernstein, a position held since 2025. Prior to this role, Kevin served as Managing Director and Senior Counsel at CarVal Investors from 2008 to 2015. Kevin also held positions as Associate General Counsel during that time, and worked as a Corporate Associate at both Fried Frank (2002-2006) and Cooley LLP (2006-2008). Kevin earned a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School, completing their studies in 2001.
