Raymond Decker

Raymond Decker has extensive experience in the financial services sector, primarily focusing on retirement solutions and client service management. Currently, as Managing Director and Head of Institutional Defined Contribution Client Service at AllianceBernstein since September 2005, Raymond has advanced through various leadership roles, including Vice President and Senior Client Service Officer. Previously, Raymond served at Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities included Director of IRA and Small Business Retirement Solutions and First Vice President of 401(k) Product Management. Additional roles have included Vice President of Institutional Marketing at U.S. Trust Company, various senior positions at Merrill Lynch, and Defined Contribution Plan Manager at Buck Consultants, Inc. Raymond began a career in finance as a Defined Contribution Trust Administrator at Bankers Trust Company. Educationally, Raymond holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Rutgers University.
