Steve Rixham is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in fixed income business development and high yield product management. Currently serving as SVP and Global Co-Head of the Fixed Income Business Development at AllianceBernstein since December 2019, Rixham previously held senior roles at Barings, where responsibilities included leading high yield product management and credit research, as well as establishing a middle market lending platform. Rixham's earlier career featured significant positions at Wachovia Securities, LLC in leveraged finance and management roles at Atlantic Alliance Fidelity & Surety and Chubb. Rixham holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a BA in Economics and History from Wake Forest University.
