Arnold Jansen

Arnold Jansen is an experienced Product Owner at Alliander, overseeing applications in outage and damage management processes, and leading the development of a damage prevention workflow application while managing the phasing out of a bespoke outage management system. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Consultant at Conclusion Consulting, where Arnold specialized in team and organizational performance optimization and held positions such as Product Owner and Scrum Master. As a self-employed consultant, Arnold embarked on an extensive journey promoting language skills in Spanish-speaking countries and Australia, and previously contributed to various roles at Beaumont Consulting and Keylane, focusing on implementation, testing, and stakeholder management. Academic qualifications include a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics and Information Science from Utrecht University, alongside teaching experience in informatics at the high school level and as a teaching assistant at the university.
