Cas Plattel

Cas Plattel is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and leadership roles. Currently serving as Tech Lead at IKEA since June 2022, Cas directs the payments group within the digital division, focusing on new PSP integrations and enhancing omni-channel capabilities. Previously, Cas held various positions at bol.com from October 2016 to June 2022, culminating in the role of Tech Lead, overseeing the technical vision of the invoicing product and leading multiple scrum teams in implementing business functionality. Earlier experience includes software development at Plot Projects and a data analysis internship at Sentient, alongside tutoring roles in mathematics and sciences and technical support positions. Cas holds a Master of Science in Computing Science and a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from Utrecht University.
