Daniël Kooij

Daniël Kooij is currently a Financial Controller & Cash Manager at Alliander, where they hold a dual role in Financial Control and Treasury. Their finance journey includes experience as a Finance Trainee at Alliander, focusing on Corporate Reporting, Financial Control, and Accounting. Previously, Daniël served as a Junior Controller at KION Kinderopvang and completed an internship at Radboud University, where they researched management information needs. Daniël holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Control from Radboud University, and is pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Treasury Management & Corporate Finance at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
