David Visscher is an experienced project and program manager with a strong background in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as Program Manager and Project Manager at Alliander since September 2019, Visscher oversees projects related to GVR&N. Previous experience includes roles as Project Manager for the Municipality of Utrecht managing key infrastructure projects, and as a Project Manager at The Three Engineers, overseeing various environmental and redevelopment projects. Visscher began a career as Project Leader at Hydron Midden Nederland (Vitens) and holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology, complemented by business management education from the Neerlands diep brugprogramma and Twente TSM business school.
