Floor Dijkstra MBA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Employee Life Cycle and Manager of Recruitment, Development, and Sustainable Employability at Alliander since November 2022, Floor previously held multiple leadership roles, including Manager of Talent & Acquisition and Learning & Development at The HEINEKEN Company, contributing to significant cost savings and innovative process implementations.
