Han Balsem is the founder and owner of ApenkooiGym, established in 2012, where they promote a lively and inclusive approach to physical education through the unique game of Apenkooi. Currently, they also serve as a Product Owner at Alliander and are a Trainee in IT development at Createment, both roles they commenced in 2024 and 2023, respectively. Additionally, from 2021, Han operates as a handyman under the title "Handige Han de Klusjesman." Han holds a degree in Physical Education from the Hogeschool van Amsterdam, completed in 2009.
