Joost Ardts

Joost Ardts is an experienced HR professional and consultant with a focus on project management, change management, training and development, and HRIT. As the owner of Human Heroes since April 2014, Joost Ardts has led various HR initiatives while also serving as a project manager at Alliander, implementing HR infrastructure and bilingual services to enhance international workforce engagement. Additionally, Joost Ardts holds roles at Alliance Healthcare, Onze Lokale Helden, and NCOI University of Applied Sciences, and has previously contributed to talent management and change management at Thales and DSM. Joost Ardts obtained a Ph.D. in I/O psychology and HRM from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and an MSc in I/O sociology from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Availability for new assignments begins in Q2 2025.
