Lars de Laat

Lars de Laat is an experienced professional in innovation and organizational change, currently holding the title of Innovatie at Alliander since October 2021. Previously, Lars co-founded and served as a partner at Fairchild from September 2018 to October 2021, working as a "veranderaar" for various clients. With a background as a Change Consultant at Garansys from 2009 to 2018, Lars focused on enhancing organizational performance through agile principles and TOC methodologies. Earlier roles included TOC consultant, Manager Operations, and Product Manager at Caesar Groep, as well as Project Manager at Netforce and Project Leader at Computer Sciences Corporation. Lars holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Advanced Change Methodologies from Sioo and a Master of Science in Business Administration from Radboud University.
