Leon Welle

Leon Welle is an experienced professional with a strong background in product management and process improvement, currently serving as Product Manager for Field Services at Alliander since May 2012. In this role, Leon is responsible for the digitalization of the Field Services domain, focusing on operational planning and work preparation. Previously, Leon held the position of Product Owner for Operational Grid Intelligence, leading the development of the ‘Monteursapp’, which supports over 600 technicians in managing operational disruptions. Leon began a career at Alliander as a process consultant, analyzing and addressing improvement points to enhance collaboration and minimize service disruptions. A Technical Trainee earlier in the career path, Leon also has experience in logistics and private driving. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Science and Innovation Management from Utrecht University, an Alliander Specialisten Programma from Nyenrode Business University, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
