Merel van As

Merel van As currently serves as the Product Owner for Enterprise Asset Management at Alliander since September 2025. Prior experience includes a Management Trainee position at Ormit Talent Nederland, where participation in a 26-month program focused on professional and personal growth occurred. Merel has also worked as a Business Analyst at The HEINEKEN Company and the Municipality of Utrecht, where Agile methodologies and coaching were key responsibilities. Prior roles include Senior and Recruitment Consultant IT at The Impact Group, with initial experience gained at daen's as a Horecamedewerker and Content Creator, and as a Health Technology Specialist at Homy. Merel holds a Master of Science in Policy, Communication, and Organization from VU Amsterdam, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Technology from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
