Nick Timmerman

Nick Timmerman has extensive experience in business control and consultancy within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Business Controller at Alliander since April 2020, Timmerman previously worked as a bedrijfsadviseur at Zorgregio Midden-IJssel/Oost-Veluwe, focusing on the transition and transformation of youth care. Timmerman also held the position of Adviseur Patiëntenlogistiek at Gelre ziekenhuizen, responsible for data analysis and improving care processes. Early career stages included internships at Aveleijn SDT and Van de Geijn Partners, where analysis and recommendations for system improvements were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Health Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Twente, complemented by an VWO diploma with a focus on Nature & Health from Meridiaan College.
