Romy Kock

Romy Kock has extensive experience in IT consulting and project management, with a focus on agile methodologies and team collaboration. At Younicorp, Romy contributed to building a culture centered on trust and responsibility while serving as a Younicorper and later as an IT Consultant and Scrummaster, enhancing communication and implementing SAFe practices within an international team. Previous roles include Project Manager/Scrummaster and IT Consultant at Kodision, as well as IT Consultant at MKB Brandstof and DICTU Rijkszaak, where Romy successfully established and improved a collaborative environment in a new international team. Prior experience includes positions as a Technical Application Manager at KPMG, Webshop Administrator and Service Employee at Wieleroutfits, and Assistant Student Services at Saxion. Romy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saxion Hogeschool Deventer, completed in 2016, and a HAVO diploma obtained in 2012.
