Tom de Jong

Tom de Jong currently serves as the Financial Controller at Alliander, overseeing the Digitalization department, which comprises approximately 1,400 FTE. Additionally, Tom holds the role of Product Owner within the Digitalization customer team at the Reporting House, recognized as the center of excellence for both financial and non-financial reporting. Prior to joining Alliander, Tom spent seven years at Deloitte, where responsibilities included guiding (senior) assistants, managing departmental assignments, conducting controller and advisory activities, reviewing financial statements and tax returns, and supporting MKB entrepreneurs and major shareholders with financial services. Tom's earlier experience includes roles as a Trainer/Coach at Mixed Hockey Club Dieren and positions as an Assistent Accountant and Senior Assistent Accountant. Tom studied at HAN University of Applied Sciences and RSG Het Rhedens.
