Tom Klomberg is a resourceful and analytical professional dedicated to enhancing organizational effectiveness. Currently, they own Tom Klomberg HR Consultancy, where they focus on organizational design, team development, and collaboration. They also serve as a strategic HR consultant for Alliander and have a partnership with STYR specializing in organizational structuring and compensation. Tom graduated from Tilburg University with a Master's in Human Resource Studies and completed a program in Compensation & Benefits Management at Vlerick Leuven-Gent Management School. Outside of work, Tom enjoys tennis, running, cycling, traveling, rock concerts, and fine dining.
