Wilfried Baars

Wilfried Baars is an experienced project manager and business owner with a diverse background in asset investment management, project engineering, and technical management. Currently working at Alliander as an Asset Projectmanager since February 2024, Wilfried previously held positions at Royal Pas Reform Hatchery Technologies, where innovations in incubation technology were developed, and at Interpit and CMYKmakers, both established as family-run businesses focusing on equipment import and printing solutions, respectively. Additional roles include managing projects at Hosokawa Micron B.V. and British American Tobacco Manufacturing b.v., as well as ownership of Unibanner BV and Melgers reclame studio. Educational credentials include degrees in electrical and mechanical engineering from HAN University of Applied Sciences and project management certification from Prince2.
