Tom Jensen

Tom Jensen has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Tom started as an Engineering Intern at Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates in 1999. Tom then worked as a Staff Engineer at Howard R. Green Company from 2001 to 2003. In 2003, they joined Alliant Engineering, Inc. as a Project Manager and worked in this role until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, Tom served as an Associate at Alliant Engineering, Inc. Tom then became the Principal and Heavy Highway Group Lead at the same company from 2017 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Principal and Director of Alternative Delivery at Alliant Engineering, Inc., starting in 2022.

Tom Jensen attended the University of Minnesota from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering. In 2000, they also studied AutoCAD at Saint Paul College. Additionally, Tom obtained certifications as a Professional Engineer (PE) from the Minnesota Board of AELSLAGID in 2005, the Wisconsin Department of Safety & Professional Services in 2008, the Nevada State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in 2022, and the Utah Department of Commerce in 2022.
