Chris Bennett

Chris Bennett has a strong background in finance and has held various roles with different companies over the years. Chris currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Alliants since May 2022. Previously, they were the UK Chief Financial Officer at Zip Co from December 2020 to May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Lead Business Analyst (Interim) at Finastra from October 2020 to December 2020. Chris also has experience as the Finance Director - Airline Academy and Training at L3Harris Technologies, where they managed the financial aspects of training commercial airline cadets and pilots. Chris served in this role from July 2019 to October 2020. Before that, Chris held the position of Deputy Finance Director at Equiniti from August 2017 to July 2019. Chris'sresponsibilities included deal modeling, negotiation, product pricing, and presenting at executive committees. Chris has also worked at American Express in various finance roles, including Finance Modelling Director, Finance Marketing Director, Financial Modelling & Analytics Manager, Business Planning & Financial Analysis Manager, and Senior Auditor. Prior to their time at American Express, Chris worked at Mazars as an Audit Senior, specializing in the internal audit of FSA regulated insurance companies. Overall, Chris Bennett has a wealth of experience in finance and has held leadership positions in multinational companies.

Chris Bennett attended Loughborough University from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Economics with Accounting. Subsequently, from 2007 to 2009, Chris attended ICAEW and earned a qualification as a Fellow of ICAEW (FCA).
