Birgit Bacher

Birgit Bacher has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Birgit is currently working at Allianz Direct as the COO, a position they started in February 2022.

Prior to their time at Allianz, Birgit worked at Martrix as a Co-Founder & Senior Consultant from November 2000 to June 2003, and at Blue C New Economy Consulting & Incubation AG as a Knowledge Manager International from January 2000 to September 2000.

Birgit began their career as a Student Assistant, International Marketing & Management at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from July 1998 to June 2000.

Birgit Bacher holds a Master of Business Administration degree in International Marketing & Management & Business Administration from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), which they obtained from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Heriot-Watt University from 1995 to 1996, but their degree name is not specified. Birgit also obtained a Bachelor of Business Economics degree from the University of Augsburg, completed from 1993 to 1995. Additionally, they have a certification in "Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Thinking Machines" from LinkedIn, obtained in 2021.
