Khaled Lafi

Khaled Lafi is the Head of Health Operations at Allianz Life Assurance Company in Egypt, where they administer individual and corporate medical insurance plans. With over 20 years of experience, including 15 years in the medical insurance sector, Khaled has managed health departments, developed marketing strategies, and ensured customer satisfaction. Prior to their current role, Khaled served as Manager of the Group Life Department at Allianz and as Policy Service Manager at the Egyptian International Medical Insurance Company. Khaled holds a degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce at the University of Ain-Shams.
