Lukáš Ridrich has been passionately involved in the financial sector since 2016, captivated by its dynamic nature and diverse clientele. They began their career at a competitive company as a telemarketer while studying, quickly advancing to a sales representative position. In September 2020, Lukáš joined Allianz, where they excelled as a General Representative and team leader, consistently achieving top rankings in annual newcomer competitions. Currently, they manage and mentor both new and experienced colleagues, fostering team success and personal growth. Lukáš continues to expand their own office in Ostrava, actively seeking new team members who share their drive for success.
