Mariya Springer

Mariya Springer is a finance leader with around 20 years of broad management experience, currently serving as the Head of Cost Controlling and Ibero LatAm Planning & Controlling at Allianz since 2024. Previously, Mariya held several roles at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, including Finance Director for APAC, and has also worked at Deloitte & Touche as a Manager in Management Consulting. Mariya's educational background includes a Masters in Finance from the London Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Management and Finance from the International University in Germany. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a positive mindset and strong communication skills.
