Michaela Köck

Michaela Köck is a Senior HR Change Control Manager at Allianz, where they apply their expertise in HR IT management. Michaela previously held positions as an Organizational Change Consultant and HR IT Project Manager at Allianz, as well as serving as a working student in transformation and organizational change. Their career began with internships at BMW Group and BMW (UK) Manufacturing Ltd, and they also gained experience at Accenture.
