Michelle Butt is a seasoned marketing and proposition leader with extensive experience in strategy, P&L management, digital marketing, and data analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Leader in Allianz’s Consumer division, they spearhead the design and launch of a critical enterprise-wide Prevention proposition. Previously, Michelle has held various senior marketing roles at reputable organizations, including ANZ and Samsung Electronics, where they successfully drove growth and developed innovative customer value propositions. With a strong background in leading cross-functional teams and managing significant budgets, they are recognized for their collaborative leadership and impactful contributions to business growth. Michelle is also pursuing further education with a Diploma in Interactive and Direct Marketing from King's College London and a BSc in Biological Science from The University of Sheffield.
