Cem Öncül is the Head of Central & Cross Functional Domain at Allianz Turkey, overseeing major transformation programs in customer experience, marketing, and digital initiatives. Cem led a significant CX program that achieved first place among Allianz operating entities worldwide. Prior to Allianz, Cem worked at Accenture, advancing from analyst to manager, and has extensive experience in digital transformation, process automation, and IT strategy. Cem holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Işık Üniversitesi, graduating with honors.
