Tom Downs is a seasoned Systems Thinking Lead Consultant at Allianz since April 2020, bringing extensive leadership experience from over 15 years at Aviva. At Aviva, Tom held various roles including Head of Systems Thinking for the UK, where responsibilities involved enhancing operating models, process improvements, and leadership development. Tom also served as a Speech and Desktop Analytics Product Owner, driving analytics deployment for operational insight. Additionally, Tom led Systems Thinking initiatives in Italy and managed GI Motor Claims, facilitating significant transformation and innovation. Tom's career also includes diverse leadership roles in large customer contact operations, ensuring a focus on recruitment, service management, and team development. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Anglia Ruskin University.
