Wouter Minten

Wouter Minten is the Group Head of People Analytics & Reporting at Allianz Group, where they lead the analytics function for Global People & Culture, focusing on data-driven workforce decisions. Previously, Wouter founded and managed Young Potentials, an initiative that successfully trained over 5,000 graduates in practical skills, and served as the Global Head of People & HR Analytics at Red Bull. They also held positions at PwC and CEB, specializing in people analytics and talent measurement. Wouter is currently a lecturer in People & HR Analytics at FH Burgenland, sharing their expertise in the field. Wouter holds a Master's degree in Business Psychology from KU Leuven and has furthered their education at prestigious institutions like the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
