Patrick Magee

Patrick Magee is a highly experienced board director, strategic consultant, and corporate finance adviser with extensive service in both private and public sectors. Currently, they serve as a Non-Executive Director and Chair-Elect at Power Roll Ltd, and a Non-Executive Member of the Northern Ireland Civil Service Board, among other positions. They have a significant background in M&A and capital markets transactions, having held leadership roles, including Chief Commercial Officer at the British Business Bank, where they supported over £85 billion of investment in UK businesses. Magee's education includes an LLB from Queen's University Belfast and an MBA from Georgetown University.
