Stephen Ball is a Lead Product Designer at Allica Bank, where they focus on creating exceptional user experiences for web and mobile applications. With over a decade of experience in UX design, Stephen has worked with a variety of clients, leveraging skills in user stories, UI design, and user testing. They hold a BA Hons in Graphic Design from the University of Lincoln and have held positions such as Senior Product Designer and UX Designer at previous organizations, contributing to diverse projects in digital healthcare and beyond. Prior to their current role, Stephen gained experience as a graphic designer and digital designer in both print and digital media.
