Ken May

Ken May has extensive work experience in the engineering and technology field. Ken currently holds the position of Corporate Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Allied Motion Technologies Inc. Since joining in August 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Global Electrical Engineering at the same company from January 2019 to August 2022.

Before joining Allied Motion Technologies Inc., Ken worked at Moog for over two decades. Their roles at Moog included Aerospace Electrical Engineering Manager from November 2005 to January 2019, Engineering Manager - Actuation Group from April 2003 to November 2005, Product Line Engineering Manager from December 2001 to April 2003, and Systems Engineer from April 1997 to December 2001.

Prior to their employment at Moog, Ken worked at General Railway Signal as a Senior Design Engineer from November 1995 to April 1997. Ken also held the position of Engineering Supervisor at Zexel-Torsen Inc from August 1989 to November 1995 and worked as an Electronic Engineer at Borg Warner Automotive from May 1986 to September 1989.

Ken May obtained their MSEE in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1989 to 1995. In addition, they acquired a Graduate Certificate in Systems Engineering from the same institution, studying from 2009 to 2010.
