Mark Spender

Mark Spender is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. At Bernhard Capital Partners, Mark has served as a Partner since September 2015. In addition, Mark holds multiple board positions, including at RailWorks Corporation, Allied Power, United Utility, and Charah Solutions, Inc. Previous board involvement includes Atlas. Mark's prior experience includes significant roles at Credit Suisse and UBS Investment Bank, culminating in a Managing Director title at Credit Suisse. Mark earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business between 1996 and 2000.
