Tom Black

Tom Black is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in IT and project management across various industries. Currently employed at Allied Technologies, Tom is managing projects for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, focusing on enhancements to the IMPACT and Salesforce applications. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager at Apex Systems for the Texas Department of Transportation, overseeing SaaS application projects. Tom has also held key roles at DXC Technology, where responsibilities included planning and executing upgrades for ServiceNow and managing HR technology projects post-merger. Additional experience at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and OrthoAccel® Technologies involved leading diverse teams in project implementation and operations, complemented by a foundational role at GENBAND. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Mississippi State University and a Master of Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University.
