David Smith

David is a director with Consilia Investments Ltd, a private investment firm which focuses on buying SME business in traditional industries such as manufacturing, process industries and business services. Consilia, together with the management team, led the buyout of Allied Textiles from its previous owners in 2015. David has spent over 15 years in the private equity industry and originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant with EY before working in various corporate finance roles.
