Peter Smith

Over the last 30 years Peter has been a director of one of the major management consulting firms, the CEO of two private equity-backed businesses which he founded, and a director of the major division of a FTSE 100 company. He has completed a number of acquisitions and disposals both as a CEO and as the founder of Consilia Investments Limited, a small private investment firm set up in 2010 to support highly-qualified management teams in the acquisition of SME businesses.
