Derek Gessler

Derek Gessler, CPP, is a dedicated professional with a strong background in security and management. Currently serving as the General Manager at Allied Universal since 2020, they previously held the position of Vice President of Security & Strategic Planning at Midwest Security Forces, LLC from 2019 to 2020. With extensive experience at AlliedBarton Security Services, where they progressed through roles such as District Manager and Field Manager, Derek has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and problem resolution skills. Derek earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Waubonsee Community College, achieving a 4.0 GPA, and has also obtained an associate's degree in the same field from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
