Previous roles include Service Manager at Mountain Hyundai, where Jon strengthened service teams and improved customer satisfaction, and various positions in automotive management, including Store Manager at Active Green & Ross and Speedy Automotive. Jon's foundational experience includes roles as an Owner of Master Mechanic and an Automotive Technician at Burlington Tire, as well as military service as a Sergeant in the Canadian Armed Forces, where leadership and training were significant responsibilities.
