Larry Hearn

Larry (LJ) Hearn is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in mentoring, communication, and career development. Currently serving as a Career Advisor at the Fathers & Families Support Center, Larry conducts assessments to identify clients' employment barriers and facilitates job readiness workshops. Additionally, Larry works as an Armed Security Officer with Allied Universal, supporting safety and emergency protocols on a flexible basis. Previously, Larry was a Success Coach and Communications Specialist at Mission: St. Louis, where responsibilities included content creation and community engagement, and served as a Resident Volunteer at A Seat at the Table, fostering a positive living environment and providing mentorship to peers.
