Nathan Smith

Nathan Smith is an enterprise-level security program subject matter expert and a workforce development leader. They have held various leadership roles, including Vice-President of Business Development at B-Gel International, and Vice-President of North American Operations at Viva International. Nathan has extensive experience in security management, with previous positions at AlliedBarton Security Services and Allied Universal, where they directed training and operations for large-scale security contracts. Currently, they serve on the Board of Directors for the DC Government's Workforce Investment Council, contributing to workforce development initiatives in the region. Prior to their professional career, Nathan served in the US Navy and US Army Reserve, gaining valuable skills in cryptology and psychological operations.
