Scott Lambert

Scott Lambert is an experienced professional in operations and security management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Allied Universal since June 2023. Lambert has a longstanding career with the City of Blue Island as a Police Officer since June 2010, where responsibilities include serving on the Fifth District Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team and conducting investigations in collaboration with multiple agencies. Prior roles include Business Development Manager at Lockdown Security and District Manager at Securitas Security Services USA, where Lambert managed significant revenue portfolios and implemented tailored security solutions. Lambert also held the position of Student Vice President of Academic Affairs at Eastern Illinois University, contributing to student representation and community development. Lambert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Eastern Illinois University, completed in 2010.
