Stephen Lyell

Stephen Lyell is currently serving as Associate Counsel at Allied Universal International. With a career foundation laid as an articled clerk and assistant solicitor at Memery Crystal LLP, they transitioned into various in-house legal roles, including positions at G4S, where they held divisional and regional general counsel responsibilities. Stephen has extensive experience managing legal functions across multiple countries, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and compliance. They earned a degree in Jurisprudence from St Catherine's College, Oxford, in 1984.
