Tim Elsasser has extensive experience in leadership and management within the security industry. Tim served as Division Manager at Universal Services of America from May 2014 to May 2017, focusing on client relationship management. Tim then joined Allied Universal, where Tim currently holds the position of Senior Director - Northwest Market Lead, previously serving as Northwest Regional Director for HELIAUS. Tim's earlier roles include President at Prestige Protection for over a decade, overseeing statewide operations and a workforce of over 250 employees. Prior to that, Tim was the NW Regional Director for Integrated Security Solutions and Engineering at Allied Universal Security Services and held the position of Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Protection One Alarm Services, where Tim directed negotiations and due diligence for acquisitions.
